Black-Raspberry Gimlet

  1. 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  2. 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
  3. Ice cubes
  4. 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons gin
  5. 1/2 tablespoon Chambord liqueur
  1. In a chilled martini glass, using the handle of a wooden spoon, muddle the lime juice with the sugar. Fill a shaker with ice. Add the gin and Chambord and shake well. Strain the gimlet into the glass and serve.
