Before adding the Guinness to the cocktail shaker, pour some of it into a glass and stir with a bar spoon for about 30 seconds. This releases some of the beer's volatile CO2, which could cause a mess if the shaker is not sealed well.

1 1/2 ounces reposado tequila
1 1/2 ounces Guinness
1/2 ounce tawny Port
1/4 ounce Agave nectar mixed with 1/4 ounce water
Dash of Angostura bitters
1 very small pinch of cinnamon mixed with 1 pinch of sugar, for garnish
How to Make It
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and shake well. Strain into a chilled rocks glass and garnish with the cinnamon sugar.
