  1. 1 tablespoon cut dried gentian root
  2. 8 ounces orange vodka
  1. In a jar, combine gentian root with orange vodka. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. Strain the infused vodka into another jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
