This is a variation on a cocktail Jamie Boudreau created for Fat Bastard Wine using the company's Chardonnay. Campari and grapefruit juice give the drink a pleasantly bitter kick.
Cocktail Party Recipes
- 2 ounces full-bodied white wine
- 1 ounce gin
- 1/4 ounce Campari
- 2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
