Bitter Greens with Almonds and Goat Cheese

I have made this recipe a dozen times with fantastic results. I usually double the herbs, and only serve half the goat cheese.

This salad was so perfect and delicious! It was the perfect balance of sweet and savory with a nice suprising crunch from the almonds. A must try!!
