Ingredients

  1. 1/2 lemon, cut into pieces
  2. 2 teaspoons sugar
  3. 1 ounce Pastis
  4. Dash of Peychaud's Bitters
  5. Ice
  6. 4 ounces chilled ginger ale
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lemon pieces with the sugar. Add the pastis, bitters and ice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top with the ginger ale.
