Recipe: Bitter Anise
Ingredients
- 1/2 lemon, cut into pieces
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 ounce Pastis
- Dash of Peychaud's Bitters
- Ice
- 4 ounces chilled ginger ale
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lemon pieces with the sugar. Add the pastis, bitters and ice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top with the ginger ale.
