Bison Beach

Ingredients

1. Ice
2. 1 1/2 ounces vodka, preferably bison grass
3. 3/4 ounce Aperol (bitter orange Italian aperitif)
4. 2 ounces apple cider
5. 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
6. 1 orange twist, for garnish

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, Aperol, cider and lemon juice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the orange twist.
