Owner Brian Haltinner adapted this recipe from one at Avenue Restaurant in New York City.
Ingredients
- Ice
- 2 ounces Campari
- 11/2 ounces dry white wine
- 1 ounce chilled club soda
- 1 lemon wheel
Directions
- Fill a pint glass with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the lemon wheel and stir well. Strain into an ice-filled white wine glass and garnish with the lemon wheel.
