  1. Ice
  2. 1 3/4 ounces gin, preferably Tanqueray No. Ten
  3. 1 1/2 ounces Viognier or other aromatic white wine
  4. 1/2 ounce chilled apple juice
  5. 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  6. 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  7. 1 lemon twist
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the twist. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with the twist.
