Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1 3/4 ounces gin, preferably Tanqueray No. Ten
  • 1 1/2 ounces Viognier or other aromatic white wine
  • 1/2 ounce chilled apple juice
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 lemon twist

How to make this recipe

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the twist. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with the twist.
