Recipe: Biarritz Cocktail
Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 3/4 ounces gin, preferably Tanqueray No. Ten
- 1 1/2 ounces Viognier or other aromatic white wine
- 1/2 ounce chilled apple juice
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 lemon twist
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the twist. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with the twist.
