- 1 1/2 ounces blanco tequila
- 3/4 ounces fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce agave syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon spicy pickle brine (from a jar of pickles)
- Dash of habanero hot sauce
- Lime wedge and green olive, for garnish
How to make this recipe
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, pickle brine and hot sauce. Add ice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass, garnish with a lime wedge and olive and serve.
