Recipe: Bergamot Shandy
Ingredients
- Ice
- 3/4 ounce amaro (bittersweet Italian liqueur)
- 3/4 ounce Créole Shrubb or Grand Marnier
- 3 drops of orange flower water
- 5 ounces chilled lager
- 1 ounce chilled ginger beer
- 1/4 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
- Fill a pint glass with ice. Add the amaro, Créole Shrubb and orange flower water and stir well. Strain into a chilled pilsner glass and stir in the lager and ginger beer. Garnish with the grated orange zest.
