- 1/2 ounce brandy
- 1/2 ounce Bénédictine (brandy-based herbal liqueur)
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce grenadine, preferably homemade
- 3 ounces chilled Champagne
- 1 lemon twist, for garnish
How to make this recipe
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the brandy, Bénédictine, lemon juice and grenadine and shake lightly. Strain into a chilled flute, stir in the Champagne and garnish with the lemon twist.
