Recipe: Bellagio Mist
Ingredients
- Ice cubes and crushed ice
- 2 ounces dry Riesling
- 1/2 ounce amaretto
- 1 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce chilled club soda
- 1/2 ounce almond syrup
- 1 starfruit slice
- Fill a pint glass with ice cubes. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the crushed ice and starfruit. Stir well. Strain into a white wine glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with the starfruit.
