Bellagio Pool Bar Las Vegas
Traditionally a mist refers to an unmixed spirit poured into a glass filled with crushed ice. Mixologist Drew Levinson's mist calls for stirring the ingredients and then straining them over the ice.
Fill a pint glass with ice cubes. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the crushed ice and starfruit. Stir well. Strain into a white wine glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with the starfruit.
