Plus: Pear Syrup

  • 1 to 2 ounces chilled Champagne
  • 1 lemon twist
    1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka and Pear Syrup and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass, top with the Champagne and garnish with the lemon twist.
