- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce Pear Syrup
- 1 to 2 ounces chilled Champagne
- 1 lemon twist
How to make this recipe
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka and Pear Syrup and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass, top with the Champagne and garnish with the lemon twist.
