This drink is essentially a gin sour made with honey in place of sugar. The addition of fresh-squeezed orange juice makes it fruitier and less tart.

  1. 1/2 ounce Honey Syrup
  2. 2 ounces gin
  3. 2 ounces fresh orange juice
  4. 1 nasturtium or other edible flower
  5. 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  6. Ice
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, orange juice, lemon juice and Honey Syrup; shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the flower.
