- 1/2 ounce Honey Syrup
- 2 ounces gin
- 2 ounces fresh orange juice
- 1 nasturtium or other edible flower
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, orange juice, lemon juice and Honey Syrup; shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the flower.
