Seviche chef and owner Anthony Lamas uses pure, naturally tart passion fruit juice in this spiked Brazilian drink. Passion fruit nectar, which is more widely available, makes a fine stand-in.

- 1/2 lime, cut into 6 small pieces
- 1 ounce Simple Syrup
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces cachaça (potent Brazilian sugarcane spirit)
- 1 ounce passion fruit nectar
- 1/2 ounce unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime and Simple Syrup. Add the remaining ingredients; shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
