Ingredients

  1. 1/2 lime, cut into 6 small pieces
  2. 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  3. Ice
  4. 1 1/2 ounces cachaça (potent Brazilian sugarcane spirit)
  5. 1 ounce passion fruit nectar
  6. 1/2 ounce unsweetened coconut milk
  7. 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime and Simple Syrup. Add the remaining ingredients; shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
