- 6 juniper berries
- Five 1/2-inch-thick cucumber slices, plus 1 cucumber slice for garnish
- 20 mint leaves, plus 1 mint sprig for garnish
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce Simple Syrup
- 3 ounces chilled club soda
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the juniper with 5 cucumber slices. Add ice and the mint leaves, lime juice and Simple Syrup; shake well. Fine strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Stir in the soda and garnish with a cucumber slice and mint sprig.
