Bacon-Wrapped Enoki
Simple and tasty. They complemented the chilled pea soup that i served with it with for a party. I only used 1/3 a strip of Nueskes bacon for each one instead of half and there was no need to remove the toothpick either!

Good but tasted much, much better after drizzling soy sauce on top.
