Babylon Sister

Ingredients

1. 1 lemon wedge
2. Unsweetened cocoa powder
3. Ice
4. 1 ounce Kirsch (cherry Eau-de-vie)
5. 1/2 ounce Maraschino liqueur
6. 1/4 ounce white crème de cacao
7. 1/2 ounce heavy cream
8. 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
9. 3 brandied cherries skewered on a pick

1. Moisten half of the outer rim of a martini glass with the lemon wedge and coat lightly with cocoa powder. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the cherries and shake well. Strain into the prepared martini glass and garnish with the skewered cherries.
