Avocado-Black Bean Salsa

  1. One 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
  2. 1 small Hass avocado, finely chopped
  3. 6 radishes, finely chopped
  4. 6 scallions, finely chopped
  5. 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  6. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  7. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  8. 2 serrano chiles, minced
  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more if needed
  1. In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients until combined.
Serve With Tortilla chips, roasted sea bass or salmon, grilled chicken or pork chops.
