with maraschino

version of the
elegant but often
overlooked 1930s
cocktail Aviation
is one of the
restaurant’s most
popular drinks.
Ingredients
- Ice
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce maraschino liqueur
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 lemon twist
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, maraschino liqueur and lemon juice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
