Frasca, Boulder

Lightly sweetened with maraschino liqueur, Frasca’s version of the elegant but often overlooked 1930s cocktail Aviation is one of the restaurant’s most popular drinks.

Ingredients

  1. Ice
  2. 2 ounces gin
  3. 1 ounce maraschino liqueur
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  5. 1 lemon twist

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, maraschino liqueur and lemon juice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
