- 1 ounce pear brandy
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce Rich Simple Syrup
- Dash of apple cider vinegar
- 2 ounces cava or other sparkling wine
- 1 teaspoon St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram (allspice liqueur), for garnish
How to make this recipe
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the cava and garnish and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe, stir in the cava and drizzle with the Allspice Dram.
