  • Ice
  • 1 ounce pear brandy
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce Rich Simple Syrup
  • Dash of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 ounces cava or other sparkling wine
  • 1 teaspoon St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram (allspice liqueur), for garnish

How to make this recipe

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the cava and garnish and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe, stir in the cava and drizzle with the Allspice Dram.
