Autumn Daiquiri

  • SERVINGS: makes 1 drink

Originally from Cuba, the daiquiri is usually a warm-weather cocktail. This version's spiced flavors are perfect for cooler months. Add any leftover Cinnamon Syrup to mulled wine or punch, or pour it over vanilla ice cream with a few dashes of Angostura bitters.

  1. Ice
  2. 2 ounces aged or spiced rum
  3. 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  4. 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
  5. 1/4 ounce Rich Simple Syrup
  6. 1/4 ounce Cinnamon Syrup
  7. Dash of Angostura bitters
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients and shake well. Strain the drink into a chilled coupe.
