- 1 ounce single-malt Scotch, preferably Islay
- 1 ounce green Chartreuse
- 1 teaspoon Grand Marnier
- 1 teaspoon Bénédictine (brandy-based herbal liqueur)
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- Pinch of fresh lemon thyme, plus 1 lemon thyme sprig for garnish
How to make this recipe
- Fill a pint glass with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the lemon thyme sprig.
