  • 1 1/2 ounces Cointreau or other triple sec
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters
  • Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

How to make this recipe

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Cognac, Cointreau, pineapple juice and bitters; shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the nutmeg and the twist.
