- 1 1/2 ounces Cognac
- 1 1/2 ounces Cointreau or other triple sec
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
- Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 orange twist
How to make this recipe
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Cognac, Cointreau, pineapple juice and bitters; shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the nutmeg and the twist.
