1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced in half lengthwise
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons red wine
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons shredded basil
Combine all of the ingredients and let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
