Tomato Salad

  1. 1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced in half lengthwise
  2. 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  3. 2 tablespoons red wine
  4. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  5. Salt and freshly ground pepper
  6. 2 tablespoons shredded basil
  1. Combine all of the ingredients and let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
