Pico de Gallo Salsa

  1. 3 medium tomatoes, cut into small dice
  2. 1/2 medium white onion, cut into small dice
  3. 4 scallions, finely chopped
  4. 12 sprigs cilantro, finely chopped
  5. 3 fresh chiles serranos or 2 jalapeños, minced
  6. 1/4 cup grapefruit or lime juice
  7. 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.
