  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup kosher salt

How to make this recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 325° F. Freeze the bread for about one hour. With a serrated knife, slice it as thinly as possible, keeping the bread intact. Brush the bread with extra-virgin olive oil and arrange on a baking sheet. Bake until lightly toasted. Allow to cool and pile in a basket. Sprinkle with salt.
