- 1 1/2 ounces sake
- 1 1/2 ounces pear brandy
- 1 1/2 ounces pear nectar or juice
- 1 slice of Asian pear
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the sake, brandy and pear nectar and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the pear slice.
