Asian Pear Martini

Ingredients

1. Ice
2. 1 1/2 ounces sake
3. 1 1/2 ounces pear brandy
4. 1 1/2 ounces pear nectar or juice
5. 1 slice of Asian pear

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the sake, brandy and pear nectar and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the pear slice.
