The cocktails here are made exclusively with soju, a vodkalike Korean spirit distilled from rice, barley and sweet potato.

  1. Ice
  2. 3 ounces soju
  3. 3 ounces fresh orange juice
  4. 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  5. 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  6. 1/2 ounce fresh carrot juice
  1. Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the soju and citrus juices, then top with the carrot juice.
