  1. 1 lime, quartered
  2. Ice cubes, plus crushed ice
  3. 2 ounces gin
  4. 3/4 ounce lychee liqueur
  5. 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  6. 3/4 ounce chilled ginger ale
  7. 1 fresh or canned lychee and 1 mint sprig, for garnish
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime. Add ice cubes and the gin, lychee liqueur and Simple Syrup and shake briefly. Strain into a crushed-ice-filled red wine glass and stir in the ginger ale. Garnish with the lychee and mint sprig.
