1 lime, quartered
Ice cubes, plus crushed ice
2 ounces gin
3/4 ounce lychee liqueur
3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
3/4 ounce chilled ginger ale
1 fresh or canned lychee and 1 mint sprig, for garnish
How to Make It
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime. Add ice cubes and the gin, lychee liqueur and Simple Syrup and shake briefly. Strain into a crushed-ice-filled red wine glass and stir in the ginger ale. Garnish with the lychee and mint sprig.
