Go back to recipeIt is a little bland and one dimensional, but it is easy to cook. I'm asian and was not thrilled with the mushy rice. Way too much liquid for the amount of rice.

Very easy to make. Used a big cast iron skillet just like the picture. To serve, I just set it in the middle of the table with carving knife and serving utensil. Great for small and cozy dinner get-together.

This was very, very good. The rice nearly steals the show... I had to keep my friends from sneaking bites out of the pan while I had my back turned!
