Ingredients

  1. Ice
  2. 2 1/2 ounces pear vodka
  3. 1/2 ounce pastis
  4. 1/2 ounce Mandarine Napoléon or Grand Marnier
  5. 1 orange twist
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, pastis and Mandarine Napoléon and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the orange twist.
