The inventive cocktails at Central, American dishes, such as lobster burgers and crab cakes with leek tartar sauce.
- Put the brandy, vermouth, lemon juice, egg and bitters in a cocktail shaker and shake well for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake again. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with the apricot slice and cherry, skewered on a pick together.
