Apricot-Glazed Turkey with Fresh Herb Gravy

The gravy was awesome. It was very flavorful and matched the flavors in the turkey so well. The combination of sage, thyme, rosemary and lemon were so nicely integrated in the flavors of the gravy.

This was really amazing. The flavor from the herb stuffing was infused in the meat and the glaze was just perfect. It was ever so slightly sweet, but not too sweet at all. It was perfect with pinot noir. I highly recommend this! My husband does not like turkey at all, and he said this was the first time he actually liked turkey.
