- Ice cubes, plus crushed ice
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce apricot liqueur
- 1 ounce apricot nectar or juice
- 1 ounce chilled ginger beer
- 1 lime wedge
- 1 dried apricot skewered on a pick, for garnish
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add the vodka, apricot liqueur and apricot nectar and shake well. Strain into a crushed-ice-filled rocks glass, then top with the ginger beer. Squeeze the lime wedge over the drink and add it to the drink. Garnish with the skewered apricot.
