  1. 1 1/2 ounces grappa
  2. 1/2 ounce apricot brandy
  3. 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  4. 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  5. 1 large egg white
  6. Ice
  7. 4 drops of Angostura bitters
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the grappa, brandy, lemon juice, Simple Syrup and egg white and shake well. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe, dot with the bitters and draw a straw through the drops.
