  1. Ice
  2. 1 1/2 ounces Calvados
  3. 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  4. 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
  5. 1 maraschino cherry
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Calvados, lemon juice and maple syrup and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the cherry.
