Apple Sandwiches

This is a quick and satisfying little “sandwich” of apples that’s great to wrap up and take on the go.

  1. 1 apple, thinly sliced horizontally
  2. 2 tablespoons almond butter
  3. 2 tablespoons granola
  1. Spread the apple slices with the almond butter and sprinkle half of them with the granola. Close the sandwiches and eat right away.
