Apple Lillet

Trained as an industrial designer, owner Richard Glass hung vintage meat hooks near the bar to display the restaurant's house-cured salumi.

Cinnamon Sugar

  1. Ground cinnamon
  2. Superfine sugar

Cocktail

  1. 1 orange wedge
  2. Ice
  3. 12 ounces Calvados
  4. 12 ounces Lillet Blanc
  5. 12 ounces Spiced Apple Juice
  6. 8 thin slices of Honeycrisp apple, soaked in Lillet Blanc
  1. MAKE THE COCKTAIL Combine equal parts cinnamon and superfine sugar. Moisten the outer rims of 8 martini glasses with the orange and coat lightly with the cinnamon-sugar.
  2. Fill a pitcher two-thirds full with ice. Add the Calvados, Lillet and Spiced Apple Juice; stir for 30 seconds to chill. Strain into the martini glasses and garnish with the apple slices.
