Recipe: Apple Lillet
Cinnamon Sugar
- Ground cinnamon
- Superfine sugar
Cocktail
- 1 orange wedge
- Ice
- 12 ounces Calvados
- 12 ounces Lillet Blanc
- 12 ounces Spiced Apple Juice
- 8 thin slices of Honeycrisp apple, soaked in Lillet Blanc
- MAKE THE COCKTAIL Combine equal parts cinnamon and superfine sugar. Moisten the outer rims of 8 martini glasses with the orange and coat lightly with the cinnamon-sugar.
- Fill a pitcher two-thirds full with ice. Add the Calvados, Lillet and Spiced Apple Juice; stir for 30 seconds to chill. Strain into the martini glasses and garnish with the apple slices.
