Apple-Ginger Syrup

  • SERVINGS: Makes about 22 ounces
  • MAKE-AHEAD

Use this flavored syrup for making Fuji Apple Soda.

  1. 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
  2. 5 ounces cranberry juice
  3. 1/3 cup honey
  4. 16 ounces apple juice (preferably Fuji)
  1. In a jar, combine apple juice, honey and ginger; refrigerate overnight. Strain into an airtight container and add cranberry juice. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
