Owner David Myers's Apple Drink is a hybrid of two hyper-popular cocktails from the past decade: the fruit-flavored martini and the mojito.

  1. 7 mint leaves
  2. 1 canned lychee, drained
  3. 1 1/2 ounces chilled apple cider
  4. Ice
  5. 2 ounces vodka
  6. 1 apple slice
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the lychee and cider. Add ice and the vodka. Shake well; strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with the apple slice.
