Apple Bomb

This drink was created on New Year’s Day 2006 as part of a special menu called "Healthy Hair of the Dog Cocktails."

Ingredients

  1. 2 ounces applejack
  2. 2 ounces chilled apple juice
  3. 1 1/2 ounces chilled ginger beer
  4. 3 pieces of candied ginger or 1 apple slice, skewered on a pick

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the applejack and apple juice and shake well. Stir in the ginger beer and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with candied ginger.
